We have chosen to serve our community of educators for almost two decades. Most of the institutions we serve consist of less than 450 students but we are working to serve more in your community. You operate in a competitive market with new high school graduates looking for the next step all the time. It is important to learn about your options and to choose the best auditor and accounting in the market today.
As soon as you let us know of your interest in our services, we will send you an engagement package. If we know soon enough, we may even send you the documentation request package; otherwise, this will be sent separately.
Following initial review of the information we receive, we will do an in-house review at the institution's location of all pertenant documentation and financial information. This process could take several hours up to a few days or more. If more time is required, we may return with necessary documents to the office to perform more work.
At the office, we will produce the reports of the audited financial statements and compliance audit according to the information retrieved in our visit and further fieldwork. After the reports have been turned over to your institution, we will submit a few closing documents.
Deadlines
If your year end is December 31, your EZ-Audit submission is due June 30.
If your year end is June 30, your EZ-Audit submission is due December 31.
