Nonprofit Organizations
The economy has been in a state of uncertainty since the middle of 2008. Nonprofit organizations need more help than ever before. We have been building relationships with more than 40 nonprofit organizations for nearly two decades. These organizations include but are not limited to churches, youth organizations, and support groups.
As soon as you let us know of your interest in our services, we will send you an engagement package. If we know soon enough, we may even send you the documentation request package; otherwise, this will be sent separately.
Following initial review of the information we receive, we will do an in-house review at the organziation's location of all pertenant documentation and financial information. This process could take several hours up to a full day or more. If more time is required, we may return to the office to perform more work.
At the office, we will produce the report of the audited financial statements according to the information retrieved in our visit and further fieldwork. After the audit report has been turned over to your organization, we will submit a few closing documents.
Deadlines
If your year end is December 31, your form 990 is due April 15.
If your year end is June 30, your form 990 is due October 15.
